Helmer i.Series Single Door Pharmacy Refrigerator Model # iPR125

The iPR125 is equipped with the i.Center LCD view screen monitoring system set at 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system includes a hermetically sealed air cooled compressor with a range of 35 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerator construction has a dual pane, self closing glass door with key lock; bacteria-resistant interior and exterior coating; six adjustable roll-out stainless steel shelves.

ONLINE SALES-TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bidders and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby.

GUARANTY WAIVER: All property is offered AS IS, WHERE IS. Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISK: Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically releases the seller for liability therefore.

CONSIDERATION OF BID: The Board of Commissioners of Auglaize County, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.

BUYER’S CERTIFICATE: Successful bidders will receive a Buyer Certificate by email from LightGov.

PAYMENT: Payment in full is due not later than ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s certificate. No partial payments will be accepted. All payments will be accepted in person at The Auglaize County Commissioners Office, 209 S. Blackhoof Street, Room 201, Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895, between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. All payments must be made payable to: Auglaize County Treasurer.

Personal Check - once the check has cleared the bank, then arrangements to pick-up the auction item can be scheduled.

Bidder forfeits sale of merchandise if payment is not received at the close of ten (10) business days and will be considered in DEFAULT, (see below), and may be suspended from participating in On Line sales.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer will make arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property.
Under no circumstances will the Board of Commissioners of Auglaize County, Ohio assume any responsibility for packing, loading or shipping of property.
Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 A.M and 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After ten (10) days any material not removed will be offered for sale again and buyer will be considered in DEFAULT. Buyer forfeits any monies paid to Auglaize County.

VEHICLE TITLES: Seller will issue a State of Ohio Title upon receipt of payment. Title may be subject to any restrictions as indicated in the item description on the web site. Open titles cannot be issued. Title and registration of vehicles is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Ohio.

DEFAULT: Default shall include:
1. Failure to observe these terms and conditions
2. Failure to make a good and timely payment
3. Failure to remove all items within the specified time.

Default may result in termination of the contract and suspension from participation in all future sales until the default has been cured.
Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by Buyer ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the Buyer Certificate. Monies paid by seller to Auglaize County will be forfeited by bidder.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting a bid the bidder agrees that they have read, fully understand and accepts the terms and conditions of On Line sales, and agrees to pay for and remove the property if the bid is accepted.
